The gardens are arranged across a series of terraces and feature ornamental ponds with fountains, water lilies and wildlife including fish, frogs and newts. Visitors can admire mature specimen trees, seasonal flower displays, an attractive rockery and several historic statues, while the magnificent weeping ash tree provides a peaceful spot to sit and relax.

Originally created on the site of a former clay pit and landfill, the gardens have been transformed into a cherished public park that continues to evolve with wildlife-friendly planting and conservation projects.
