The Sandgate Sea & Food Festival is a vibrant annual community celebration held along the seafront in Sandgate, Kent, over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Running for more than 20 years, the festival celebrates Sandgate’s connection with the sea and brings together residents and visitors for a lively weekend of food, music, markets and family entertainment.
The festival features live music on outdoor stages, seafront food and market stalls, arts and crafts, children’s entertainment and activities throughout the village. One of the highlights is the spectacular free Saturday-night fireworks display over the beach.
